The evening starts 7pm at the Rose and Crown - a charming little English pub in the heart of downtown PHX.  Here we meet, greet and have a drink, or two, so as to warm up the engines (ours and the buses).  We have some fun ice breaker games to prompt conversation.  At 7.30 pm a BIG red double Decker bus swings by to pick us all up.  Ladies hop aboard first and claim a seat, one lady per seat.  Next the chaps.  Men climb aboard and sit next to a desired lady.  Off we go! 

During the journey we have a specially crafted sound track of all your fav British songs.  Now, here's the clever part - every three minutes the music cuts out to the sound of BIG Bens Gong.  This is the cue for all the men to switch seats and find a new lady - Speed dating on a bus!  We continue to mix everybody up until we get to our first destination.

The Phoenix Art Gallery.  Open late on a Wednesday evening, here we have a group treasure hunt.  Find clues, whose and what's news.  Points will be awarded for all those who like a bit of competition.  As mentioned at the top, this is intended to be a relaxed and informal approach to dating.  If the idea of a treasure hunt doesn’t appeal, then grab a good looking fellow bus passenger and simply enjoy a date at the Art Gallery - perfect!

At 9pm we all jump back on the bus.  More speed dates as we head back to the Rose and Crown.  For all those fortunate enough to make a connection, Heritage Square (where the pub is located) makes for a very romantic evening stroll to end the night.  Even if you don’t find love, this time, you are guaranteed to meet some new friends.  The pub has a fantastic front porch for watching the world go by, pool tables, darts, juke box and fine English ales.
