A London Bus New Years Eve Party

The Plan

7.30pm.  Everybody meet at Rose and Crown Pub (628 E Adams St, Phoenix)

Grab a pint, say hello to the Queen, get signed in – off we go.

8.00pm.  We depart.  Bus will be loaded with all the standard NYE supplies (streamers, hats, poppers etc etc).  But wait, that’s not all…buckets of champagne for our first Champagne toasts!

8.30pm.  Arrive @ Tim Finnegan's (9201 North 29th Avenue # 52, Phoenix)

As proper an Irish pub as your gonna’ get in Phoenix.  Warm and cozy with live music to get the party started.

10.00pm.  Arrive @ The Duce (525 South Central Avenue, Phoenix)

Raise your glasses to a second champagne toast.  Lots of yummy food served here for anyone who missed dinner.  Work it off with some hula hopping, hop scotching or boxing in their authentic boxing ring.  If you haven’t been to this place yet, you need to check it out.

11.30pm.  Arrive @ Copper Blues (Cityscape, 50 W Jefferson St #200, Phoenix)

Just in time for the drop, another champagne toast.  A top notch band, balloon drop, city lights and New Year delights.

• The adventure ends @ Copper Blues.  Once the ball drops who knows what will happen – but you’re on your own.  It’s only a 10 minute walk back to the parking garage at Heritage Square – but you shouldn’t be driving anyway.  Cityscape will have a line of taxi waiting from 2am onwards; Light Rail will also be running extended hours that evening.  Discount Cab offer a service where they take you back to your car in the morning free of charge.  You got options guys.  No drink driving please.
• Each of our London buses will be loaded with complementary champagne to get the taste buds wet.
• Best place to park for Rose and Crown start is the covered parking garage located SW corner of E Monroe and 6^th st.  Remember to get your tickets validated at Rose and Crown.  Your cars will be safe here over night.

To reserve your seats

All tickets need to be purchased in advance, paid over the phone using a credit card.  Tickets and receipts will be sent via email. Please phone 480 334 8372 for ticket purchases.  FYI we are very busy this time of year and we may not answer first time.  If you leave a quick message with your number we will get back to you asap. 

Cost

$60 per person.  This includes cover for all bars visited. 

A group purchase of 10 tickets is $550.

Purchase Deadline

Lots to organize on this one guys so there is a tight deadline.  All tickets must be purchased by noon of Dec 24^th.  That’s only 9 days away! So please, phone the troops and get discussing.   Cheers
