Last night saw the launch of our new event DOUBLE dECKER DATING. After weeks of planning we were relieved to see our efforts come to fruition. Judging by the smiles on every1's faces it seemed to be a big success. Phone numbers were exchanged, friendships were made and connections forged. One newly paired couple were seen walking off hand in hand at the end of the night, another asked if they could remain at the bar whilst the rest of us drove to our next location. The concept clearly seemed to work.

Having spent all morning preparing clues and questions relating to the scavenger hunt element at the phoenix art gallery, I was convinced that even the eagerest of teams would only complete about 30% of the tasks. I was wrong - top marks guys!! you could all be on 'Survivor' any day.

The media was present to cover the event, a film crew from channel 12 news and a photographer from the Republic.

Our storey goes to air this Monday, channel 12.
